At Riley's Treehouse, we take intellectual property rights seriously. We are committed to supporting the incredibly talented 3D artists and designers who make this industry possible.

This document serves as formal notice that Riley's Treehouse holds the necessary legal rights and commercial licenses to produce, market, and sell physical 3D-printed versions of the products listed on our website.

1. Types of Licenses Held

We acquire our commercial rights through several industry-standard channels, including but not limited to:

Merchant Tier Subscriptions: Ongoing monthly support of artists via platforms like Patreon, Tribes (MyMiniFactory), or Thangs.

Lifetime Commercial Licenses: One-time purchases of rights for specific models or collections.

Authorized Retailer Agreements: Direct contracts with design studios or individual creators.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Compliance

While we own the rights to manufacture and sell the physical prints, the original digital files (STLs) and the artistic design remain the sole intellectual property of the original artist.

We do not sell digital files.

We do not "re-cast" or create molds of artist designs without explicit permission.

We attribute designs to their original creators whenever required by the license agreement.

3. Verification for Rights Holders & Marketplaces

If you are a rights holder or a marketplace representative (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and require specific proof of licensure for a particular model:

Information Provided: Upon request, we can provide redacted receipts, merchant IDs, or direct links to our active listings on artist "Authorized Seller" registries.

4. Quality Guarantee

Because we operate under official licenses, we have access to the highest-quality, high-resolution source files directly from the designers. This ensures that the product you receive is the intended version of the art, printed to the professional standards required by our licensing agreements.
